Arrested yesterday, female musician, Mzbel was granted bail and could possibly face charges upon future proceedings. Mzbel, known in private life as Nana Akua Amoah is purportedly to have said that Stacy is HIV positive per information obtained from Prophet Nigel Gaisie.

Per reports, the musician was arrested by the Greater Accra Regional Police command in the late hours of Monday. Television personality, Stacy Amoateng reported the controversial musician for defamation of character to the Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
Public Relations Officer of CID, DSP Juliana Obeng confirmed this to Time News minutes after the incident. However, the musician was cautioned on Section 208 of the Criminal Code which dwells on publication of false news.
"Mzbel was arrested and granted bail. She will report at noon on Tuesday. Based on the outcome of the interrogations, she could possibly face the law court."
